Inputting Your Data
You can easily input your data into Aerogram using a variety of formats. Simply provide your information as text, pictures, videos, spreadsheets (.csv), or PDF files, and Aerogram's AI will process it for your workflows.
✏️ Use Cases by Data Input Format
Text - Input text to create new content (e.g., marketing copy, articles, emails), summarize documents, extract information, or generate code.
Picture - Use images to create new visuals (e.g., ad creatives, product mockups), generate captions, enhance image quality, or perform object recognition.
Video - Input video to generate short clips, summarize content, create virtual presenters, or transcribe and translate audio.
Sheet (Spreadsheets / Tabular Data) - Leverage spreadsheets to analyze data via natural language queries, auto-generate insights or reports, or clean and standardize datasets. With this input type, file limitation is at max 20MB.
PDF - Process PDFs to "chat" with documents for quick answers, summarize lengthy content, extract specific information, or repurpose content into new formats. With this input type, file limitation is at max 20MB.
Knowledge (RAG) - Upload multiple files, each file can exceed 20MB in size, using this basic RAG input. Aerogram’s system will automatically retrieve and generate answers based on the information contained within these uploaded knowledge sources.

Tips: How to Write an Effective Prompt
Be Clear and Specific - Avoid vague language
❌ Instead of: "Summarize this." ✅ Try: "Summarize the key findings from the provided research paper in 3-5 bullet points, focusing on methodology and results."
Define the Role or Persona
❌ Instead of: "Write about our new product." ✅ Try: "As a marketing specialist, write a compelling social media post introducing our new product to a B2B audience, highlighting its efficiency benefits."
Set the Tone and Style - desired tone e.g., formal, casual, persuasive, informative and writing style e.g., journalistic, academic, conversational
❌ Instead of: "Write an email."
✅ Try: "Write a polite, professional email to a client requesting updated project files by end of day today."
Provide Context and Background - Don't assume it knows anything beyond what you provide.
❌ Instead of: "Explain this process."
✅ Try: "Explain the process of customer onboarding for our SaaS product, starting from sign-up and ending with first successful login. Focus on steps 1-3."
Specify Output Format - Could be bullet points, a table, a specific number of paragraphs, a particular file type, or even a JSON format.
❌ Instead of: "Give me the data." ✅ Try: "Extract the customer's name, email, and subscription tier from the following text and present it as a comma-separated list (CSV format)."
Set Constraints and Limitations
✅ Example: "Summarize the article, but do not include any personal opinions or speculative information. Limit the summary to 150 words."
Break Down Complex Tasks - Break the multi-step processes into smaller, sequential instructions.
❌ Instead of: "Analyze customer feedback." ✅ Try: "1. Categorize the following customer feedback into 'Positive,' 'Negative,' or 'Neutral.' 2. Identify common themes within the 'Negative' feedback. 3. Suggest two actionable improvements based on those themes."
Use Examples (Few-Shot Prompting)
✅ Example: "Convert the following product descriptions into a concise, benefit-oriented sentence. Product Description: 'Our new vacuum cleaner features powerful suction and a lightweight design for easy maneuverability.' Desired Output: 'Experience effortless cleaning with our powerful yet lightweight new vacuum.' Now convert this: [Your new product description here]"
