App
What is an App?
An App is a tool that helps you work more easily and efficiently by allowing AI to follow pre-defined steps. You can use Apps within a single chat to handle tasks such as summarizing information, analyzing files, or creating documents without needing to repeat commands or manage each step manually

How to Create an App
You can create an App in two ways
Method 1: Create an App from an Existing Board You can turn a completed board into an App for personal use or to share with your team
Step 1: Select the board you want to convert into an App
Step 2: Start creating the App by clicking the dropdown menu at the top-left of the board, then select “Save as App”

Step 3: Set Up Your App Give your App a name, edit the short description, select a BU tag, and choose a cover image or use the system default. You will then be taken to a dedicated App editing board, which is a private space accessible only to you as the creator. Here, you can refine the description, review the settings, and prepare the App for publishing

Method 2:
Step 1: Select a card or a group of cards on your existing board. You can choose a single card or an entire connected flow that you want to convert into an App
Step 2: Start creating the App by selecting “Create Workflow” from the toolbar after making your selection

Enable “Optional”: Users can enter data or skip this field
Disable “Optional” (Required): Users must enter data; otherwise, the app cannot run

At least one input card must be defined
At least one output card must be defined
All inputs must include descriptions
All inputs must be properly connected

If the app does not meet the creation requirements, the system will display a warning symbol to indicate the points that do not comply with the requirements

How to Find and Use Your App
From the Home page (for editing): go to the “Apps” section of Aerogram. This area displays all of your personal Apps, where you can edit or publish them as needed

You can click Preview to explore the app before using it, or click “Use in…” to start using the app

When choosing to use an app, you have 3 ways to use it:
Create a new chat: Start a new conversation to use this app immediately
