App in Chat

A feature that allows users to run pre-configured App directly within the chat to automatically handle multi-step tasks

How to Use App in Chat

Go to the chat where you want to work, then click the App button in the chat box

Select the App You Want to Use

• All: Shows all Apps you have access to

• Purchased apps: Shows Apps that you or your organization have activated

• Owned by me: Shows Apps you have created or saved

• Shared with organization: Shows Apps shared by others in your organization

• Shared with department: Shows Apps shared specifically within your team or department

• Shared with me: Shows Apps that others have shared directly with you

Then click “Use in” The system will automatically create the App in chat. You can also preview the board before using it

To start using an App, you need to send at least one chat message first. Then, click the “pencil” button to edit the input

The system will ask for the required information step by step. After uploading the documents and completing all fields, click the “Confirm & start app” button

The system will handle all tasks automatically, and the results will be displayed in the same chat
