How to Use Presentation

Step 1: Prepare the information for creating the presentation Enter the information or content you want to turn into a presentation, such as reports, data summaries, or explanations of various concepts

Step 2: Using the Presentation feature Click the Presentation feature from the toolbar on the left. Then select the Style and Model you want to use

Once you have selected the Style and Model, click Run to allow the system to generate the slides and wait for the results

If you want to modify the content, you can click “Edit” to change the text in each slide

Step 3: Export the Presentation file Once the slides are complete, you can export the file in two formats:

  • Export to PPTX – For further editing of text or layout in PowerPoint

  • Export to PDF – For sharing or presenting in PDF format
