Your organization will receive monthly credits based on the subscribed plan
Under the Credit Management page, the following information is displayed:
Total Credits Received
The Organization Administrator can review credit adjustments from the automatic top-up system or additional one-time credit allocations through this table
Note that some credits may have an expiration period
Credit Limits for Business units
If your organization is using the Enterprise Plan, the Organization Administrator can set usage limits for each Business unit
To set a limit for a single Business unit, click the More button next to that unit’s information.
If you want to apply settings to all Business units at once, use the Set Credit Limit button
The credit usage limits do not need to equal the total monthly credits received.
They can be set to values either lower or higher, depending on what the organization deems appropriate
Top Up Credit
If the credits you receive from the auto-refill system are insufficient for your usage, you can purchase additional credits or adjust your monthly credits by contacting us.
