# How to Use Presentation
**Step 1: Prepare Content for Creating a Presentation**\
Enter the information or content you want to turn into a presentation, such as reports, key summaries, or explanations of ideas, which will be used as the basis for generating the slides
**Step 2: Create a Presentation**\
Click the **“Slides”** feature from the toolbar on the left to start creating a presentation
Then, you can select the desired Style and Model for your presentation
After selecting the Style and Model, Click **“Run”** to generate the presentation and wait for the result
The system will then generate and display the presentation, ready for use. If you want to modify the content, you can click **“Edit”** to change the text in each presentation
**Step 3: Export the Presentation file**\
Once the slides are complete, you can export the file in two formats:
* **Export to PPTX** – For further editing of text or layout in PowerPoint
* **Export to PDF** – For sharing or presenting in PDF format
