You can access the activity log by clicking the "Activity Log" icon located at the top-right corner of your workflow page. This log displays records of every instance an AI model is prompted within your workflows. This allows you to easily track AI usage and the specific queries or tasks initiated.
A comprehensive audit log, detailing user-initiated actions, is currently under development and is anticipated for release in the near future to further enhance oversight and compliance capabilities.
